In
order to rent our flag, all we
ask is that you just email us a few
photos
of your flag displayed at your event, for possible use on our website
or video. Then
simply send the
flag back the day after your event in the same clean and excellent
condition as you received it.
Please call us to reserve a flag for the date of your event.
We only have a few of our Flags available for rentals, so it is a good idea to call and reserve a balloon well ahead of time of your event as it is first come, first serve.
Giant Earth Flag, Peace Symbol Flag or Ecology Flag Rental (6x10 ft):
$99.95 If you do not want to take photos, or forget to take photos or do not send us photos that follow our simple guidelines, we charge an extra $29.95 for renting the flag without photos. Also, should you decide you would like to keep the flag, just don't send it back and it is yours to keep, and then your deposit is kept as payment for the flag.

World Flag Rental (5x8 ft):
$69.95 If you do not want to take photos, or forget to take photos or do not send us photos that follow our simple guidelines, we charge an extra $29.95 for renting the flag without photos. Also, should you decide you would like to keep the flag, just don't send it back and it is yours to keep, and then your deposit is kept as payment for the flag.
We need to receive the flag back, within 5 working days after your event, to allow for delivery time.
We charge an extra $29.95 per week, if it is received after that.

Giant Rainbow Flag Rental (6x10 ft):
Simply send us the full amount for our Gigantic Flag with shipping $249.95, which includes your refundable deposit to insure safe return of the flag. Upon return of the flag and photos of the Flag at your event, your deposit of $200.00 will be cheerfully refunded, $29.95 Rental Fee plus $19.95 shipping/handling is retained. If you do not want to take photos, or forget to take photos or do not send us photos that follow our simple guidelines, we charge an extra $29.95 for renting the flag without photos. Also, should you decide you would like to keep the flag, just don't send it back and it is yours to keep, and then your deposit is kept as payment for the flag.

Simple Guidelines for taking the Photos
The kind of photos we are looking for:
We need 6-10 nice pictures of the flag, taken from a few different angles, during your event. We are NOT looking for just close-ups of the flag. We are looking for photos of the Flag at your event seen from a bit of a distance, to show the scale of the flag, so the flag is just a part of the picture. You need to be at least 100 feet away from the flag. If there is anything scenic in the background, foreground or surrounding area where the flag is displayed, then please show this in your photos. If there are crowds of people, please show them around or near the flag in a scene. If the flag will be on a standing flagpole, then showing the whole flagpole including the bottom of the pole and ground below the pole with the surrounding scene would normally be needed, and wait for a slightly windy moment so the flag is sort of full in the picture. If there is no wind ~ you can have several people hold the flag up with scenes of your event in the background. If it is displayed on stage ~ the the whole stage with some foreground and people on the stage needs to be in the picture. We can't use flags that do not plainly show the earth image on the flag. The Flag doesn't need to be centered in the photo, the background, foreground and people in the scene is as important as the flag.
