FREE SET-UP: Email us your photo or artwork or slides (if you send negatives, you must also send the corresponding photo). For email: It works best if you can send a 300 dpi .jpg or .tif file. (Please do not resize or crop the photo ~ it works best if we do that for you). Just let us know where you want it cropped.  If you don't have a scanner, many copy shops like Kinkos, can email your photo to us. (If you snail mail your photo to us, add $10 Scan charge to your order - no charge if you email us your photo)

Note: We can clean up your photo of any unwanted details, or if your photo needs some adjusting, FREE OF CHARGE.

FREE CONVERSION TO Sepia or  BLACK & WHITE PHOTO (Optional):  If you like we can turn your color photo or any of our stock photos into black and white photo magnets at no extra charge. To see an example click here.

FREE PRINTING:  We can print your names, wedding date, Save the Date!, or any custom wording (up to 7 lines) on your magnets in black or white or any primary color for FREE. If you wish we can print your magnets with just lettering or a poem, on any color background, if you do not want a photo on your magnets. Include a sketch or description indicating where you want the printing to appear.

FREE PROOF:  We will email you a free proof for your approval after we receive your order. We will work on your magnet till you are satisfied with the result!

FREE CLEANUP OF YOUR PHOTO: We can many times improve your photo by lightening or darkening some areas of your photo and enhancing the color and saturation of your photo.  We can also remove unwanted background wires, people and clutter from the photo.

Font Styles: For our photo-magnets, one color magnets and our photo Postcards below, we use Zap Chancery Calligraphy for the majority of our orders. It is a very nice style for weddings. However, we do have other fonts, some are listed below.  If you have a special request we will try to use it.  If you don't pick a different font, we will use Zap Chancery Calligraphy.

ADDITIONAL BENEFIT FOR MAILING:   You can slip a photo-magnet in with your invitation, greeting card, a letter, or thank you note, and no extra postage should be needed on your envelope, just one first class stamp. Postcards mail for the less expensive postcards stamp.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME:

Please order as early as possible.  Please allow plenty of time and don't wait till the last minute before your wedding to order, as unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur that may delay orders. Production time is usually about 10 to 15 working days, plus delivery time from California.

For Magnets or Postcards: Add $10.00 for shipping for any size order for UPS Ground Delivery.
(Optional Expedited Shipping is $22.00 for 3 Day Select Air or $35.00 for 2nd Day Air).
Add $3.50 extra to shipping charges, if adding envelopes to your order.
Orders will be sent UPS to a street address (can be sent to your home or work address). Enclose a Check or Money Order for payment in full with your order. (Pay with a Postal Money Order and you get 3 free magnets with your magnet order)  You may send a 50% deposit, if you wish, and the balance will be sent COD ($9.50 charge). All Magnets are not the same!
Please Beware of Cheap Knock-offs!

PLEASE, PLEASE do not confuse our long lasting professionally made magnets with other very low quality magnets you may have seen offered on other websites. Their prices reflects their quality. They are cheaper because they are cheaply made. Other magnets are sometimes very cheaply made or done from a computer inkjet or laser printer made with plain paper or cardstock and the photo quality has a poor quality digital look. Our high quality photo-magnets are done on a huge commercial printing press with permanent color that will last a lifetime. Our magnets are professionally cut and sealed with a crystal clear lamination for added durability and protection. They are 100% SMUDGEPROOF and WATERPROOF. Beware of the companies that say there production time is just a few days to a week, as these are probably done instantly on a printer similar to your home computer printer, and the ink may bleed if a drop of champagne falls on them. Archival inks are better, but if they say they use archival inks, that definitely means they are done on a computer printer. Other magnets many times use weak paper thin magnet material. Ours are a strong substantial 1/32th of an inch thick ~ about the size of a dime (25 mil), but they are still light enough to be mailed with just one first class stamp. You want to give your guests something nice that they will appreciate, admire and keep.
