Because of the slow stone grinding process, all the valuable essential
enzymes and nutrients are retained and are not lost or destroyed, as they
are when using other high speed processes and methods.
The hard granite grinding stones roll slowly over a flat granite stone bottom surface

It works exactly the same as our above Full Size Professional Nut Butter Grinder
above, but it is just half the size, half the foot print (15" tall by 10" in diameter)
in your kitchen and it only weighs 25 lbs instead of 50 lbs!
So if you want to make batches up to about 3 lbs (about 12 cups)
